Reading is public. To contribute, register with your email and password and choose a public profile name. Supabase Auth manages account credentials and verification. Your chosen name is shown on posts and comments. Your email is not displayed by this app. Administrator permissions are checked on the server.
The shared service stores your account identifier and chosen name, posts and source links, uploaded pictures and short video clips, comments, reactions, reports and unique signed-in post views. These records are linked to your account. Posts, pictures, video clips, names, comments and total reaction/view counts are public; reports are available to the administrator. Your individual viewing history is not displayed to other visitors.
Filters, saved-post lists and alert preferences are stored in your browser. They are not currently synced between devices. Hosting and storage providers process requests and files to run the service and may keep operational logs. No advertising analytics or SMS service has been connected.
Use the controls on your posts and comments to remove content. Open your account menu to delete your PNG Noticeboard profile and content, including your uploads, reactions and view records. This removes PNG Noticeboard profile data and content; your login identity remains with the authentication provider. Contact the operator to request removal of that identity. Public material may have been copied by other people; cached images can remain temporarily available. Browser-only drafts created in the earlier demo have not been imported into the live service.
Use Report on a post or comment to send a concern to the administrator. Reports are checked after publication; content may be removed. The basic word filter is limited and cannot reliably check text inside pictures. Automated picture and video screening is not connected. This service cannot promise that every unsuitable submission will be caught before someone sees it.
This is a web beta, not an app-store release. Background phone notifications, SMS, automatic news collection and automatic fact-checking are not connected.
